Privacy Policy

What data CLORE collects, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

1. Data we collect

We collect your email address, account settings, security events (logins, 2FA changes), billing and payout records on the blockchain, and technical logs needed to operate the marketplace. We do not collect identity documents for standard accounts, and we never store payment card details.

2. Why we process it

Data is processed to provide the service (authentication, rentals, payouts, support), to secure accounts, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve the product through aggregated, anonymised statistics. Renting GPUs does not require marketing consent, and marketing emails are opt-in at all times.

3. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to keep you logged in and to remember the dismissal of notices. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by the platform. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser; the only cost is having to log in again.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is strictly necessary with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery), payment processors, and authorities where a valid legal request exists. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and contain no personal data beyond the addresses you control.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct and export your data from the profile page, and request erasure of your account. Some records (rental invoices, security events) are retained as long as required by law. Requests can be sent to support@clore.xyz and are answered within 30 days.

6. Contact

The data controller is the CLORE operating entity listed in the site footer imprint. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@clore.xyz.
